HOW TO BUY CARS FROM AUCTION

STEP NO 1 :

You will be provided with an auction account to select the cars you wish to buy. If this is your first time, don't worry, an expert sales representative will be with you every step of the way. When you are ready to start bidding, a minimum deposit of 100,000 JPY will be required to begin the bidding process. If you prefer not to bother with bidding and finding a car, we have experts who can do it for you. Just let them know your requirements and all the work will be taken care of. However, please note that if you bid on your own without our consent, the company will not be liable in case there is any damage to your selected car.

STEP NO 2 :

Once we have successfully won the cars through bidding, our team in Japan will proceed to collect the vehicles from the auction house. They will be brought to our company yard, where, if you are interested, we can provide you with pictures and videos of the cars. However, before we proceed with the shipment, we kindly request that you make a payment of 50% of the total cost. This will ensure a smooth process and guarantee that your chosen car will be safely shipped to you.

STEP NO 3 :

Once the car reaches you, you will be required to make the final payment. We will then proceed to send you the car documents either through a courier service or by surrendering a copy of the landing documents via email, depending on your preferred method.

HOW TO BUY SPARE PARTS

STEP NO 1 :

To purchase a spare part, please send us your inquiry, and we will promptly respond with our quotation.

STEP NO 2 :

Once the price is settled, we will require time to gather every item according to the size of your order. Additionally, we will also require a minimum deposit of 10% of the total price to initiate the process.

STEP NO 3 :

Once all the details are settled, you will receive a compilation of pictures and videos. Moreover, a dedicated representative will be assigned to assist you round the clock, addressing any concerns or questions you may have. This representative will be readily available to provide you with support and guidance throughout your interaction.

STEP NO 4 :

Before the shipping process, it is required that you make a payment of 50% of the total invoice. Once the parts have reached your location, you will then be required to pay the remaining amount. We will provide you with the necessary documents either through a courier service or by sending a copy of the landing documents via email, depending on your preferred method.
